Ok so you know you want to paint those kitchen cabinets white or maybe they already are white, but where do you go from there? White kitchens are huge right now, and honestly just so classic. White cabinets have a way of brightening up a space, and they are such a great backdrop for so many different styles. Plus, painting the cabinets white is an easier way to update a kitchen for a lot less than replacing the cabinetry.
Today I’m rounding up 3 ways to finish off a kitchen with white cabinetry as a base.

Classic black and white
Add a few black touches in hardware and lighting for a subtle and classic grounded look, or add in black counters, sink, and other accessories for a more dramatic but still classic kitchen. My favorite details here are the larger size subway tile for an updated look to the classic tile, and the black granite countertops.

White and brass
Brass is having a huge moment right now! If you have a white kitchen already, updating hardware and lighting to brass can be an easy way to instantly make your kitchen look more updated! It’s also great if you want a very light and bright feel to your kitchen!

Farmhouse/pop of color
If you like white cabinets, but you need some color in your life, a back splash is a great place to put it! There are so many fun tile options to choose from! Another fun way to add color is to paint just your island in a color!
I chose this pretty green tile as my pop of color here and went with wood accents like butcher block counters and wood open shelves to give it a farmhouse feel.

Do you love a white kitchen? Which one of these is your favorite?
